Privacy policy
Thank you for visiting. We take the protection of your data seriously. Here we explain what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. Last updated: November 1, 2026.
1. Who is responsible
Fullstack Publishing, owner Tomasz Matusiak
ul. Św. Filipa 23/3, 31-150 Kraków, Poland
Email: [email protected]
We are based in the European Union. That’s why the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all our visitors, including visitors from the US.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the server automatically records data your browser sends. That includes IP address, date and time, the page visited, browser type, operating system and the previous page. We need this data to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t store or analyze this data ourselves. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Anonymous counting of order steps
We count how often the homepage is opened. We also count clicks on “Add to cart” and “Continue to checkout.” This shows us where visitors leave. If you come from a Google ad, we also note the ad group, the search keyword and the device type. We store neither your IP address nor any identifier. We set no cookie and read nothing from your device. The counts are stored on our own server (n8n at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working order page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity
We only load Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity after you click “Accept.” Google Ads tells us which ads lead to purchases. Clarity shows us anonymized recordings of how visitors use the page. Providers are Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Data may be transferred to the US. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it anytime via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
5. Fonts
The fonts on this website are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or other providers is made to load them.
6. Contact by email
If you email us, we use your details to answer your request. Our mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We delete the data once your request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Order, payment and access email
We process payments through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. When you click “Continue to checkout,” our page loads Stripe’s payment form from js.stripe.com. Stripe may set cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention. You enter your details directly into Stripe’s form. We never see your card details. Stripe sends us your name, email address, amount and time of payment. Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.
After payment, we email you the link to your downloads. For this we use our automation server (n8n at Hetzner Online GmbH) and our mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM. To track orders and refunds, we keep each order in our customer list on our own server. It contains your name, email address, amount, order number and time.
If you come from one of our Google ads, the page address shows which ad it was. We pass this as an order reference to Stripe. If you buy, we report Google’s click ID with the time and amount to Google Ads. We never pass your name or email address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in effective advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object anytime by email. We then delete this information.
The legal basis for processing your order is the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep order data as long as tax law requires.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You may also restrict or object to processing and ask for your data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Poland, that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, you may have similar rights. We don’t sell your personal data. To use any of these rights, simply email us.
9. Children
Our offer is for parents. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
